Perennial award winner with Re/Max including President’s Club and 100% Club. Opened, grew, and later sold the Peak Precision Realty Ltd., real estate franchise in Guelph.

Randy Von Heyking
Working in Real Estate Financing, Project Management, Construction and Finance: Graduated Mohawk College with Honours Diploma in Accounting in 2001, Co-owned and operated a successful Paving and Construction company in Guelph from 2001-2013 while pursuing schooling in the CGA program. Registered as a licensed mortgage professional in 2013 and proceeded to win National Rookie of the Year in 2014 as well as Master’s Club awards in each of 2014, 2015 and 2016. Key partner in Habitat Cityview Village build.
Scott served as Vice-President, Construction for Reid’s Heritage Homes residential division, which builds new homes in communities across Ontario, with product ranging from single detached homes, townhomes and mid-rise condominiums, to custom estates and active adult communities.
Thanks to his experience and industry insight, he identified an excellent growth opportunity by leveraging Reid’s expertise into the underdeveloped new rental property industry. Reid’s Heritage Properties was founded in 2013, and has since developed an ever increasing portfolio of signature projects, ranging in function from luxury rentals, to retirement living and student housing.
Currently studying Architectural Science at Ryerson University, graduating in 2022. Worked for multiple architectural design firms gaining experience in the architectural field through student co-op position. Currently holds Academic Executive position with the Ryerson Architectural Student Union.
